Business Policy
Eligibility – Incentive
· A person after buying the starter kit package from the company will become a Distributor.
· Distributor has to introduce two persons directly in his first level by selling the packages, then any one of the introduced Distributor has to sell one package then the distributor will be eligible for Incentives.
· The commission is calculated on PV(pair value) basis left and right side.
· For every sale of package done by the Distributor 50PV is allotted.
· To qualify for the incentive, Distributor should have at least 150PV in their structure with a .minimum of 50PV on both sides.
· There after every package sales of binary pair left and right side) will receive approximately 100PV..(1PV=Rs.10/-)
· Every Friday midnight will be sales closing period.
Ceiling
· The maximum payout per week for a distributor will be 13000PV(130 pairs).
Trimming
· Trimming will be applicable if necessary.
E-Commerce
· There are ranges of A~Z products with different categories updated periodically.
· This e-commerce will have an unique incentive plan in the ratio of 1:3
· Product prices are less than MRP.
· Distributor will be eligible for individual PV’s and up line PV’s for the purchase of product.
· Compensation cut-off will take place for every month.
Car Advance
· If a Distributor achieves 3 continuous Ceiling, He /She is eligible for Car loan of Rs. 1,00,000 as per Company Norms

Introduce Two Persons (First Level)
One distributor is allowed to introduce only TWOpersons directly in his first level by selling the packages – one on the LEFT and one on theRIGHT that makes ONE PAIR then any one of the introduced Distributor has to sell one package then the distributor will be eligible for Incentives for Rs. 1000/-
Your Earning 1 Pair = Rs. 1000/-
Second Level
In next level two persons in each side is introduced. That means four persons or Two PAIR has been introduced in YOUR downline. Now for two pairs YOU will be paid Rs. 2000/- (i.e. Rs. 1000/- for each pair) and your downlines will be paid Rs. 1000/- each.
Your Earning 2 Pairs = Rs. 2000/-
Third Level
In the third level, suppose each of four persons introduce 2-2 persons as their downline. Thus FOUR PAIRS under YOUR team. Your downline in 2nd level will receive Rs.1000/- each (4 people), your direct downline (1st level) will receive Rs. 2000/- each and you will receive Rs. 4000/- for 4 pairs (4 LEFT + 4 RIGHT).

This not necessary the equal numbers of people will be sponsored both side at a time. This number may vary any time. Excess number of people after matched pair will be lapsed. In that case what rule should be followed?
Suppose on LEFT side there are10 people and RIGHT side 15 people were sponsored. As per plan the lower side will match the pair means distributors will be paid for 10 pairs and balance numbers will be accumulated for the next time.
